Service Disclaimer

At DIVA Cleaning Service, we highly value our clients' time and strive to provide exceptional service that caters to their specific needs. In order to ensure that DIVA is the right fit for our clients, we require all potential clients (Residential, Short Term and Commercial) to participate in an initial meet & greet Zoom call, where we can discuss their individual requirements.

As a cleaning service with a diverse clientele, consisting of both recurring and new customers, we aim to accommodate all service requests within a reasonable timeframe from the date of request.

To effectively manage our schedule and provide timely service, DIVA Cleaning Service has implemented a deposit policy for all Residential booking requests.

To secure your appointment, we kindly ask that all clients who wish to book our services provide a 25% deposit based on the estimated charges. This deposit will be credited towards the final invoice fee for the services rendered. Please note that the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Full payment for the services rendered is due upon completion of the service. Our team will provide you with an itemized invoice outlining the charges, and we accept payment via Credit Card, Venmo, or cash app. We kindly request that you settle the outstanding balance promptly at the completion of the service.

Please note that all jobs booked with DIVA Cleaning Service have a minimum duration of 3 hours. If the actual cleaning job is completed in less than 3 hours, the client agrees to pay DIVA at the 3-hour quoted rate. This policy ensures that we can allocate the necessary time, effort, and resources to deliver a thorough cleaning service for our clients.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for a 24-hour courtesy notice via text or email. This allows us to open up the schedule for other clients who are pending to be scheduled. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date and time.

All Residential clients are required to electronically sign a work order at the time of booking your appointment. This work order will outline the services requested by the client and approved by DIVA, along with the terms and agreement of services. By signing the work order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined, ensuring clarity and transparency in our service agreement.

Short Term and Commercial Potential Clients we will discuss your contract rates at the end of your walk through and assessment.

At DIVA and Associates, we prioritize the safety and security of our valued clients and Technician Teams. To ensure your peace of mind, we want to inform you that all our Technicians have undergone a thorough screening process, including formal background checks and are fingerprinted. This rigorous procedure allows us to maintain a team of reliable and trustworthy professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service.

For the Safety of our Technicians and to reduce fraud and abuse with electronic payments to DIVA and Associates; we require a US Gov't issued State ID from our clients to be kept on file.

While we take extensive measures to verify the background and credentials of our Technicians, please understand that no screening process is foolproof. We continuously strive to select individuals with the highest integrity and professionalism. However, it is important to remember that we cannot guarantee the future behavior or actions of our Technician partners beyond the screening process.

It is our commitment to maintaining the utmost confidentiality and protecting your personal information. The fingerprinting and background checks conducted on our Technicians are strictly used for the purpose of ensuring the safety and security of our clients. Any sensitive information collected during this process is handled with the highest level of confidentiality and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
